One of our brokers in our office is looking for a part-time assistant for our Fort Worth Office. Here is a brief description of what she is looking for:
I would like to hire a part-time person to complete database activities. More specifically, this would include researching medical office building ownership and calling to verify such ownership. This person will need to have a solid understanding of database researching, excel spreadsheets, and the ability to converse on the telephone to verify ownership.
Pay is going to be negotiable depending on experience, and hours are flexible as well.
This would an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to enter into the Commercial Real Estate Investment sector.
