Oversee 4 to 5 properties with 3 or 4 to follow by the 1st quarter of next year. Responsible for setting rates, so will need to develop an understanding of the markets. Definitely wants the person to have Dallas experience. This is a top ranked company with a great reputation that is growing their region - Competitive salary plus 20% bonus potential. RVP in Dallas:
Oversee 5 to 7 DM's in the DFW area - will need to visit a few properties in AZ & NM but not frequently. Portfolio will most likely be made up of 35 to 42 properties / 10,000 units / Class B & C. They want someone that will work to make improvements every day and not just come in for a paycheck. Dedicated and career driven as there is room for growth within the company. Privately held company that has been in business for over 25 yrs. Even though this is a privately held company, there are private investors and it would be a big plus if this person has fee management in back ground. Excellent opportunity to work with a top notch executive level team. The owner is very personable and rewards generously for a job well done. Competitive salary, car/cell phone allowance and 20-25% bonus based on performance.
