I appreciate your offer to help me locate someone to assist in marketing/leasing some of our Tarrant County listings. (See attached) The 820 Business Park would be the initial primary work location. Most of the Tenants are 2,000-5,000 sq. ft. users.
The position would be handling new & renewal commercial leasing. It would be commission compensation. They would need their own transportation and at least a Real Estate Salesmans license. We would train, and I would consider a part time person working on an advanced degree.
