Swearingen is looking for highly motivated team players to learn more about local and
national real estate markets, events, and brokerage while working in the Research &
Consulting Division of the Swearingen Realty Group. Those who excel in the research
department may go on to enter the broker internship program. Applicants must be
knowledgeable in the various aspects of the commercial real estate industry including:
principles, law, appraisal, and investments.
In addition, the qualified applicant should possess computer skills and the ability to
communicate effectively. Some daily tasks of the Research Analyst include:
• Site Selection / Space Availability Studies / Market Analysis
• Lease Analysis
• Investment Analysis
• Feasibility Studies
• Future Availability Studies
• Demographic Profiles
• Construction Reports
• Ownership Studies
